The Ngai Tahu Maori Rock Art Charitable Trust / Te Ana Ngai Tahu Rock Art Centre generally dispatches orders on the same, or next working day (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays), they are received.
We use postal method (NZ Post) to ensure orders are received quickly to the wide range of locations throughout the country, including Rural Delivery (RD) addresses.
Once your order has been dispatched a number of factors outside our control can impact on the delivery time – these include weather conditions, road closures, sea conditions, and high freight volume periods such as Christmas.
Please feel free to contact us should you feel your order is taking longer than expected to arrive and we will follow this up with the delivery provider.
